She brings over a decade of experience in client service, operations, and process coordination. Born and raised in Minnesota, she is known for her strong communication skills, reliability, and ability to create smooth, positive experiences for clients.

Before joining GFC Planning, Shelly supported financial advisors in several senior coordination roles and worked in account management, where she streamlined processes, improved team communication, and ensured accuracy across complex workflows.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, spend time with family and friends, and never turns down good sushi.
